At Peshawari Chappal, customer satisfaction is our highest priority.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must include:

    • Original packaging

    • Tags

    • Accessories (if any)

We do not accept returns for products damaged by the customer.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-sized or made-to-order Peshawari Chappal

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sales

  • Used or damaged footwear

  • Items without original packaging

3. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval status.

If approved:

  • Refund will be issued as:

    • Store credit, or

    • Bank transfer / Wallet refund (where applicable)

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you want to exchange a product for another size or model:

  • Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery.

  • The customer must return the original item first.

  • Exchange shipping cost is paid by the customer.

5. Wrong or Defective Item

If we sent the wrong product or a damaged item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange free replacement or full refund.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Product pictures

  • Packaging pictures

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if:

  • They have not been shipped yet

  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing starts
